    With regards to Item IV – I don’t think we should view these kinds of services as competitors. Even if we’re offering the same course, there’s a good chance that we’re going to have a different emphasis and content from provider to provider. E.g. The Starting a Business course – the ATO is more likely to focus on tax, book-keeping etc whereas we might be more likely to focus on the Why, USP, mental health etc.
    Besides, it keeps us on our toes and encourages us to be the preferred course out there 😉
